About Course

Great records are made by great teams. Module 4 focuses on the human side of the studio: who you bring into the room, and how you lead them.

You’ll learn to cast a session like a film director, build the trust and psychological safety that lets an artist be vulnerable, and manage the relationships and gatekeepers around a project. Through four lessons, knowledge checks, a casting-call activity, and a capstone, you’ll learn to assemble and lead a session team that elevates the work instead of diluting it.
